In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

Description

Zinsser Peel Stop is a clear, flexible binding primer designed to prevent peeling, cracking, and flaking on various surfaces. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it is ideal for previously painted wood, metal, masonry, drywall, plaster, and more. Peel Stop seeps into cracks and gaps under the edges of old paint, forming a tight bond that helps stop future peeling, providing a sound surface for primer and paint. This fast-drying formula is ready for recoating in just 2 hours and can be easily cleaned up with soap and water.

Application is straightforward with a brush, roller, or airless sprayer, and the primer works best on well-prepared surfaces free from dust, dirt, grease, and other contaminants. While it binds and seals chalky surfaces, it is not suitable for areas with chronic moisture issues or surfaces subject to immersion or prolonged water contact. Safety precautions should be observed, including proper ventilation and avoiding skin and eye contact. The product is non-hazardous, not regulated under transport classifications, and does not contain Diisocyanates.
