In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

Description

A single pack hygienic topcoat designed to protect against mild chemical exposure, occasional product spillage, frequent chemical cleaning, and intermittent high humidity and moisture. It can be applied at temperatures as low as -10°C and dries quickly, which allows for rapid recoating. The coating is non-yellowing, resistant to frequent cleaning, and contains a biocide to protect the dried film from fungal degradation. It is particularly suitable for use on mineral substrates that have been primed or on well-prepared previous coatings.

Hygienic Gloss Paint offers a high level of performance with a solids content of 42% by volume and a heat resistance up to 80°C in dry heat. The product achieves a gloss finish and is classified as Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame according to BS 476, Part 7: 1987. It has an excellent theoretical coverage rate of 12 m² per litre and recommended wet and dry film thicknesses of 85 µm and 35 µm, respectively. The product boasts a shelf life of at least five years when stored in unopened cans in dry, well-ventilated areas at temperatures between 5° and 35°C.
