ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

Description

A versatile, high-performance primer designed for professional results on a variety of surfaces. This white pigmented, modified acrylic water-based primer bonds to glossy surfaces without the need for sanding, contains proprietary stain-blocking resins, and is effective on moderately chalky surfaces. It is ideal for use on interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, railings, wood, plaster, concrete, gloss enamels, hardboard, glass, and tile. The primer dries quickly, becoming touch dry in 30 minutes and ready for recoating in 1 hour, providing efficient project completion.

Restrictions and MSDS Summary

Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Plus is not recommended for application to floors, decks, or surfaces subject to immersion or prolonged contact with water, and should be avoided on steel or other ferrous metals to prevent flash rusting. It complies with EU regulations on VOC content, making it environmentally friendly. According to the MSDS, this product is classified as non-hazardous, contains a reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1) that may produce an allergic reaction, and does not contain Diisocyanates. Proper disposal of contents and containers is required.
