Coo-Var Radiator Enamel
This single-component water-based radiator enamel is formulated with an acrylic polymer base, providing excellent durability and performance on domestic hot water radiators. The product is water-thinnable, making it easy to clean up and apply, while the white finish offers a clean, polished look to radiators. With a low VOC content of less than 100g/l, this enamel is safer for both the user and the environment.
Applications
Ideal for domestic hot water radiators, this enamel is specifically designed to withstand the heat emitted by radiators. It offers excellent coverage and a long-lasting finish. Due to its water-based nature, it is easy to apply by brush or roller, with a coverage rate of 13m² per litre. The enamel is surface dry in 1 hour and fully dry in 2 hours, making it a fast-drying option for quick renovations.
Application Instructions
- Do not apply when the temperature is below 5°C, as this can affect the drying time and finish.
- After application, allow the paint to dry for one hour before stoving with the radiator at full heat (70°C) for an additional hour to ensure complete drying.
- Avoid cold, damp conditions, as these can prolong drying times.
- Overcoating is possible after 3 hours of drying time.
Usage Restrictions
This product is specifically designed for domestic radiators and should not be used on other surfaces without prior testing.
