Can this paint be applied for outdoor use on a wall?

Rust-Oleum Doodle Wall can be used outside but you must ensure no water can get in behind the coating as this will cause it to fail due to the coating not being breathable. The wall would need to have a very smooth finish for the product to work as intended, normal cement render for example would be too rough.

Rust-Oleum Doodle Wall will be difficult to remove, sanding is probably the only way to shift it. You can’t paint over it as there aren’t any primers or paints that will adhere.

Hi I need to change the wall colour but doodle has been applied . Can it be over painted with correct colour in silk emulsion then reapply doodle wall on top of new colour.

Rust-Oleum Doodle Wall can't be overpainted, the coating is essentially an anti graffiti type. It would need to be abraded to remove the Doodle Wall layer then a suitable paint system applied.

This is not something that the manufacturer has carried out any testing for. We have a section of our office wall with the Doodle Wall product on, a post it note does stick to this but whether it would stay on overnight or if all brands of post it notes would stick we couldn’t say. Our board has been in use for a few months now and has been cleaned a number of times, this cleaning may help the notes stick better. The product was not designed for use with Post it notes so we would recommend you carry out your own tests to ensure it meets your requirements.

ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.
