While this is a high build coating that can assist with covering small cracks or uneven areas, it cannot be used to fill areas. It will mirror the contours of the substrate, but the texture will assist with hiding it.

This cannot be applied over a lime render. It will adhere initially but it will start to blister after a short period of time.

Do not apply if frost or heavy rain is forecast, or if relative humidity is above 85%. Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C or above 25°C. Ensure the substrate temperature is between 1°C and 30°C. This product is not suitable for use on hot surfaces above 30°C. Always store and transport the product in a secure, upright position to prevent spillage.

	Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: Wethertex HBS Flex-Coat Hi-Build Coating can be used over existing coatings however it does depend on which type has been applied. As we do not know this we would recommend a test area is applied to ascertain suitability and would advise the use of Wethertex ST1 Quick Dry Stabilising Primer also.
