We are unsure what you mean by fast clatter, but in regards to drying times to recoat at 4.5°c the minimum drying time 6 hours, the maximum drying time is 14 days. ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Recommended Uses

For use over prepared steel or masonry surfaces in industrial and marine exposures such as:
Ballast tank interiors and oil storage tank interiors
Fuel storage tanks and external pipeline coating
Primary or Secondary containment
Acceptable for use with cathodic protection systems
Where rapid return to service and edge protection ﬁlm build properties are required
Meets MIL-PRF-23236 Type VII, Class 5, 7, 5/18, 7/18, 13/18, 17, 17/18 Grade C requirements for single and multi-coat seawater, fuel, bilges, and CHT tanks
Blue OAP contains ﬂuorescent pigment
Wind tower gearbox lining and transformer lining up to 140°C

Performance Tips

When using spray application, use a 50% overlap with each pass of the gun to avoid holidays, bare areas, and pinholes. If necessary, cross-coat spray at a right angle.

Spreading rates are calculated on volume solids and do not include an application loss factor due to surface proﬁle, roughness or porosity of the surface, skill and technique of the applicator, method of application, various surface irregularities, material lost during mixing, spillage, overthinning, climatic conditions, and excessive ﬁlm build. No reduction of material is recommended as this can affect ﬁlm build, appearance, and adhesion.

Stripe coat all crevices, welds, and sharp angles to prevent early failure in these areas. Do not mix previously mixed material with new. Do not apply the material beyond recommended pot life.

Remove and solvent clean tip housing every 20-30 minutes.

For Immersion Service: (if required) Holiday test in accordance with ASTM D5162.
