Product customisation
Don't forget to save your customization to be able to add to cartDurable and Conductive Epoxy Floor Coating
This advanced two-component epoxy system delivers excellent crack-bridging properties, making it ideal for high-performance industrial flooring. Designed for use in environments requiring electrostatic dissipation, it provides an effective solution for areas handling sensitive electronics, laboratories, and industrial workspaces. Available in light grey, pebble grey, and custom colours, it ensures a professional finish while maintaining durability.
Where It Can Be Used
Designed for floors in warehouses, factories, and industrial settings, this coating is ideal for surfaces subjected to heavy foot traffic, forklifts, and machinery. Its dissipative properties make it suitable for areas where electrostatic control is essential, including pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
Performance and Certifications
- Electrostatic dissipative properties ensure compliance with safety requirements in high-risk environments.
- Highly resistant to chemicals and mechanical stress, preventing damage from industrial use.
- Tested and approved for slip resistance, ensuring workplace safety under various conditions.
- Meets EN 13813:2002 performance standards, providing excellent adhesion and structural integrity.
Application and Compatibility
For optimal results, the substrate must be firm, stable, and free from contaminants. It should be primed using compatible Remmers epoxy primers or mortars. When applied as a coating, it requires proper surface preparation, ensuring strong adhesion and long-lasting durability.
Limitations and Restrictions
- Not suitable for exterior use or areas exposed to direct UV light, as epoxy coatings may yellow over time.
- Application should not occur when humidity exceeds 80% or when temperatures are below 10°C.
- Do not mix with other non-compatible epoxy resins or coatings.
- For optimal electrostatic dissipative performance, the correct thickness and curing times must be observed.
Recommended Accessories and Complementary Products
