ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Colour reproduction of the Products on the Site is limited by the technology used to deliver web pages and by the colour representation of Customer’s own monitor and computer set-up. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

Description

On concrete/reinforced concrete, this coating system is:

Crack bridging > 0.2mm
Impermeable for liquids
Highly resistant to chemicals
Age resistant and weather stable
Can be subjected to foot traffic and vehicle traffic
Electrically conductive

Remmers Epoxy WHG Color AS is applied to the smooth surface that has been primed with Remmers Epoxy MT 100 and coated with Remmers Epoxy Conductive at the earliest after 16 hours but at the latest after 24 hours, using a smoothing trowel or a toothed trowel. After a waiting time of approx. 15 minutes, the coating must be worked through with a spiked roller. As an option, the surface can be broadcast with suitable material to achieve a slip resistant surface.

Note: When coating vertical surfaces, add approx. 2 % by weight Remmers WHG TX to the coating material before using.
