3-Component Highly Durable Synthetic Resin Binder
For industrial and commercial flooring systems. It provides rapid hardening with an extended processing time, making it ideal for time-sensitive projects. This transparent binder delivers excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and long-term durability in demanding environments.
Where It Can Be Used
Designed for use as a base layer in blinded coatings, compression-resistant mortars, and flow coatings, QP 100 is suitable for application on:

Why Use QP 100?
QP 100 offers outstanding adhesion and rapid setting, ensuring flooring systems can be installed efficiently without compromising durability. Its unique formulation provides excellent resistance to mechanical wear, chemical exposure, and temperature fluctuations. The product’s certification for food contact and chemical resistance makes it an ideal choice for hygienic environments.
Application Guidelines
To achieve optimal performance, the substrate must be firm, dry, load-bearing, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants. The following primers are recommended for best results:
- QP Primer (alternative Epoxy MT 100)
- QP Color
- Epoxy ST 100
- Epoxy FAS 100
The binder is mixed using a multi-chamber bag or combi-container system, ensuring proper blending of all three components. The material should be applied immediately after mixing using a notched trowel or spreader and should be rolled with a spiked roller for even distribution.
Restrictions & Limitations
- Not suitable for permanently wet areas.
- Should not be applied below +3°C.
- Must be used in well-ventilated areas to prevent vapour build-up.
- Excess material in containers can generate heat and fumes—avoid prolonged storage of mixed product.

QP 100 contains epoxy constituents that may cause allergic skin reactions. It is classified as hazardous to aquatic life and should not be released into drains. Personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and respiratory protection is recommended during application.
