Theoretical Consumption
Practical Consumption
Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
Theoretical consumption: 10 - 15 m²/l per coat
Surface Preparation
The substrates must be completely dry and clean. On metals, it is necessary to remove old varnish layers (with Rapid Super, for instance) and oxidation traces (with a polish, for instance). Clean afterwards with a cloth soaked in Thinner 22
Application Conditions
Minimum temperature 5°C, maximum temperature 35°C and maximum relative humidity 80%. No condensation during drying time. Low temperatures and/or high relative humidity will extend the drying time. The temperature of the substrate should be 3°C above dew point.
To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
2 - 3 coats for outside works.
