Howard on 2021-04-10 02:17:51 | Question:
i have a concrete slab in an unheated building that was poured 21 days ago. is this product suitable to be applied now to prevent concrete dust and provide oil and petrol resistance |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
Assuming the concrete slab is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the Technical Data Sheet we can recommend 401 Epoxy Floor Primer. Temperature for application should be between 10°C and 30°C. For temperatures as low as 5°C 401 WG Epoxy Floor Primer can be used.
peter keen on 2019-05-07 14:50:23 | Question:
Is this product for external use on a crossing which some of the aggregate has become exposed? The concrete was laid 3 years ago and the crossing is 24 m2. |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
Britannia Concrete Floor Sealer is not suitable for exterior use as a finish, our 314 Clear Floor Sealer can be used externally but we would require more information on what the 'crossing' is and what type of traffic it recieves to be able to confirm suitability. Please contact our Technical Team on 0113 2455450 (option 2) or [email protected] with more information.
