- These times are based on 50 microns DFT. Higher film thickness, insufficient ventilation or cooler temperatures will require longer drying times and could result in solvent entrapment and premature failure
Surface Preparation
General
- Surface must be clean and dry upon paint application
- Oil and fat contaminants must be removed with a suitable solvent like Carboline Thinner No. 10 or an alkaline cleaner like Carboline Surface Cleaner No. 3
Steel
- Apply over clean and dry recommended primer
