The coating can be used to paint containers/plant and equipment in a single coat application by airless spray; this paint can be brushed, but 2 coats may be necessary to achieve the dry film thickness quoted.
The quick-drying formula is touch-dry in 1 hour, ready for overcoating in 4 hours. Please note that Tor QD High Build Container Coating is not suitable for overcoating with 2 pack products.

Surface Preparation
Steel:
Grit blast to BS4232, 2nd Quality (SA 2.5 Swedish Standard) with a blast profile of 50-75 microns to remove all scale, rust, old paint and contaminants.
Minimum:
Chip scrape and mechanically wire brush to Swedish Standard ST2 for mechanically cleaned steel.

Tor QD Thinner
