HMG Flexithane is a highly flexible polyurethane semi-gloss coating with excellent adhesion properties on difficult substrates such as PVC, PU elastomer, rubber variants, fabrics, leather.

Flexithane can be cross-linked with isocyanate HMG Hardener 9002, (using 10% by volume of hardener before thinning). The hardener is supplied separately and added immediately prior to using the paint. The pot life once the hardener is added is 8 hours.
Flexithane is supplied as a semi-gloss finish only.

Surface Preparation
- Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants.
- Read and follow safety data sheet, product data sheet and label instructions.
- Stir all paints thoroughly before use.
- Always use the same batch number on the same job.
- Check colour & sheen.
- Filter the product immediately before use.
- Reduce emissions and maintain quality by replacing tin lid after use.
