HMG 14 Line Fleet Polyurethane is a high build, high solids polyurethane based on a unique blend of polyurethane alkyds. It combines a long wet edge time with excellent hot spray application offering superb durability and gloss retention.

ColourPicker Explained

In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Colour reproduction of the Products on the Site is limited by the technology used to deliver web pages and by the colour representation of Customer’s own monitor and computer set-up. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

HMG technical data sheets indicate a dry film thickness that will be achieved when applying a particular wet film thickness.
These values are a guide only and are not to be used as specifications.
Film thickness will vary depending on actual use and specification.
Great care should be taken to achieve the dft stated in the agreed specification and to avoid areas of excessively low or high thickness.

Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants.

	Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: This is a single pack product, no hardener is required but it can be thinned with either HMG Thinner 2611 or HMG Thinner 2612.
