Please note this product is one part of a two-pack system which MUST be purchased/used together with HMG Hardener 9004 Standard or HMG Hardener 9027 Wintermix.

  • Film thickness will vary depending on actual use and specification.
  • Great care should be taken to achieve the dft stated in the agreed specification and to avoid areas of excessively low or high thickness.



Drying Times


Drying Times At 20°C
Touch Dry: 30 minutes
Dry To Handle: 6 - 8 hours
Dry To Recoat: After through curing (8 hours at20°C / 30 minutes at 70°C) denib with p500g dry. After baking allow to cool before flatting and recoating.
Fully Cured: 5 - 7 days



Surface Preparation


  • Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants.
  • Read and follow the safety data sheet, product data sheet and label instructions.
  • Stir all paints thoroughly before use.
  • Always use the same batch number on the same job.
  • Check colour & sheen.
  • Filter the product immediately before use.
  • Reduce emissions and maintain quality by replacing tin lid after use.
