Please note this product is one part of a three-pack system which MUST be purchased/used together with HMG Hardener 9047 and HMG Thinner 2424.

  • Great care should be taken to achieve the dft stated in the agreed specification and to avoid areas of excessively low or high thickness.



Drying Times


Drying Times At 20°C
Touch Dry: 30 minutes
Dry To Handle: 1 hour
Dry To Recoat: After hard dry (8 hours @ 20°C) denib with p500g dry.  After baking allow to cool before flatting and recoating.
Fully Cured: 8 hours



Surface Preparation


  • Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants.
  • Read and follow the safety data sheet, product data sheet and label instructions.
  • Stir all paints thoroughly before use.
  • Always use the same batch number on the same job.
  • Check colour & sheen.
  • Filter the product immediately before use.
  • Reduce emissions and maintain quality by replacing tin lid after use.
