Surface Preparation
- Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be cleaned using the appropriate HMG product to remove all traces of contaminants.
- Read and follow safety data sheet, product data sheet and label instructions.
- Stir all paints thoroughly before use.
- Always use the same batch number on the same job.
- Check colour & sheen.
- Filter the product immediately before use.
- Reduce emissions and maintain quality by replacing tin lid after use.

HMG Hardener 9029 ZIP is an isocyanate hardener. Designed for use in recommended HMG Alkyd and Polyurethane Alkyd systems. Upgrades the performance characterstics of the system, including durability and time to touch dry may decrease by 10 - 20% dependant on paint system, film thickness and curing conditions.
