With its rapid curing time, it significantly reduces downtime, allowing subsequent coatings to be applied swiftly.
Applications and Uses
- Perfect for use on various metal substrates including zinc, aluminium, and steel protected by plastisol.
- Effective on surfaces prepared through alkaline or high-pressure cleaning, and abrasive blasting.
- Ensure thorough surface preparation for optimal results, including removing rust and old coatings.
Benefits
- Rapid curing allows for quick handling and recoat times, improving efficiency in industrial applications.
- Low VOC content ensures a safer application environment and compliance with environmental standards.
- Excellent adhesion and flexibility, ensuring long-lasting protection and durability of the coated surfaces.

- Roller: Use medium nap, 8-12 mm, woven acrylic or polyester rollers. Multiple coats may be required to achieve the recommended film thickness.
- Airless Spray: Use pneumatic and electric airless equipment with a tip size of 0.015-0.018 inches and fluid pressure of 150-225 bar.
Limitations and Safety
- Not suitable for use on plastic surfaces.
- Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C or above 35°C, or in high humidity conditions.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
- Avoid release to the environment and follow all local regulations for disposal.
