Michnael Rabbatts on 2023-01-28 11:43:49 | Question:
I think I already know the answer, but after the recommended drying time would the surface be able to be painted over with something similar to a weathershield product. Thanks |

Unfortunately no, this product is not designed to be over painted with a masonry paint.
Craig on 2023-01-08 18:15:22 | Question:
Can I apply this in winter time? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:

Mark on 2022-06-22 18:47:27 | Question:
Hi Can this be used on asbestos corrugated roofing or is it just for flat roofs? Thanks |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
Assuming the corrugated asbestos roof's pitch is less than 20%, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet this could be used.
Steve on 2022-03-16 09:11:43 | Question:
Could i use this product to water proof a leaky half barrel to be used as a water feature/pond and would it be harmful to any wildlife eg frogs/newts or water invertebrates.? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
This product is designed for use on a roof, so keeping water out rather than in, we would not recommend it for this application. Unfortunately we do not have a product we can recommend to seal a leaking barrel.
Alan Sexton on 2022-02-18 09:20:35 | Question:
Hi could l use this product on the bricks at the bottom of my out side wall to save any damp coming into the building thanks Alan |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
No, assuming the area to be painted is below a damp proof membrane we can recommend Eagle Black Bituminous Paint for this application.
David Evans on 2021-11-08 18:26:58 | Question:
Hello, would this be suitable to level a ponding area on my flat felt roof, what would be the maximum depth that I could apply a layer and could I build up the depth in several layers? Thank you, David Evans |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
Assuming the felt roof is more than 8 months old, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet this would be suitable for application to flat roofs subject to pooling water. It should be applied at 1m² per litre.
