Features and Benefits
- High Strength: The 5150 Speed Patch offers a compressive strength of 42 MN/m², ensuring a robust and long-lasting repair.
- Rapid Curing: This product sets quickly, allowing for recoating within just one hour and full curing in the same timeframe, significantly reducing downtime.

- Easy to Use: Comes in an all-in-one packaging that includes the necessary primer, making it convenient and straightforward to apply.
- Durable: Can be drilled after curing, making it highly functional for various maintenance needs.
Application Instructions
Before application, ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free of loose material. For smooth surfaces, roughen them to enhance adhesion. Shake the primer bottle before use. Mix the liquid in the larger bottles with the dry filler to achieve a trowelable mixture.
- Application Conditions: Apply at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C with relative humidity below 85%. The substrate temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point.
- Application Method: Prime the surface using a brush, then apply the mixed Speed Patch with a trowel, compressing it into the repair area. Further compression makes finishing easier.
- Pot Life: The mixed components remain usable for 10-15 minutes depending on temperature and volume.

Questions
Question about the product
Peter on 2018-07-19 12:33:01 | Question:
Hi, I,m looking to repair a concrete ramp which has the top 10-20mm crumbling in places, I need to skim to a depth of say 20mm. I will also need to re-enforce the area below 3 security bollards and drill new holes to refix the bollards. The ramp is used by a pallet truck (which is what caused the problem!) Please advise? Thankyou |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
Rust-Oleum 5150 Speed Patch would be suitable for all the applications you have explained.
P McGrath on 2016-08-29 11:56:41 | Question:
I need product to repair areas of badly crumbled, holed concrete on a yard. total area approx 6sm. is this product seitable |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
Yes this would be ideal. Prime the surface by brush (included in pack). Apply the mixed Speed Patch using compression with a trowel to work it into the repair area. Further compression causes the surface to become wetter which makes finishing easier. The mixed components will remain usable for 10-15 minutes according to temperature and volume of material.
