Two-Component Metal Repair Paste
This two-component, solvent-free epoxy repair paste is designed for restoring worn, damaged, or corroded metal surfaces. When the dark grey base and light grey activator are combined, they form a durable mid-grey paste. The product is ideal for industrial, marine, and repair environments requiring high-strength, long-lasting repairs.

How to Apply the Metal Repair Paste
Follow these steps for effective application:
- Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease the surface with MEK or similar solvent. Abrade to ISO 8501/4 ST3 or abrasive blast to SA2.5.
- Mixing: Combine the base and activator at a 5:1 ratio by weight or 3:1 by volume until fully blended to a mid-grey colour.
- Application: Apply the paste using a spatula or applicator tool, pressing it into gaps and imperfections. Smooth off excess material with a gloved hand.
- Curing: Allow to cure for at least 6 hours at 20°C before machining or loading the repaired area.
Limitations and Precautions
- Not suitable for use on non-metallic surfaces.
- Ensure surfaces are free from grease and oxidation before application.
- Always wear protective gloves and eye protection when handling the product.
- Do not use in temperatures below 5°C.
