  • Single pack chlorinated rubber resin.
  • For use as a quick drying line marking paint for use on bare concrete, asphalt or painted floors.
  • Developed to be highly reflective, chemical resistant, slip resistant and to meet the requirements of BS6044.
  • May also be used on aged blacktop, thermoplastic coverings, and most types of painted lines and floor paints. Suitable for roads, car parks and factory lines.
  • Pigmented with organic and inorganic and selected extenders.

Application Notes


  • Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil and grease contamination, loose dust or laitance
  • Acid etch concrete if in doubt to remove heavy laitance, or preferably shot blast using Blast track equipment
  • New blacktop may require a sealer coat
  • Coverage 2.85m²/litre (practical coverage 50-57 metres of 5cm line per litre) at typical thickness 175 microns dft
  • Applicable by roller for small areas, and Line Laser type machines for large areas
  • Can be thinned and cleaned with Tor QD Thinner
  • Touch dry in 15 - 20 minutes @ 20°C



Limitations


  • Drying/curing times will be shortened by higher temperatures and lengthened by lower temperatures
  • Highly Flammable. Must be stored in accordance with the statutory requirements of The Highly Flammable Liquids and Petroleum Gases Regulations 1972
