Features & Benefits
- Urethane alkyd resin solution in low aromatic White Spirit

- Theoretical coverage of up to 9 square metres per litre
Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from laitance before product application.
Masonry:
- Chip, scrape and wire brush to remove all loose and flaking paint, crumbling render, etc
- Repair as required and allow to dry
- Treat areas of lichen, moss, etc with Tor Torkill W Fungicidal Solution and remove prior to application of Tor SP Stabilising Sealer
Concrete Floors:
- Surfaces should be cleaned by best available method to remove laitance, oils, etc. and to “open up” substrate (e.g. vacu-blast, disc grind, scabble, acid etch etc, hot compressed air treatment for deep oil removal).
- Existing coatings should be removed

Limitations
- Surfaces must be dry (less than 5.5 on protimeter concrete scale)
- Highly porous surfaces may require more than one coat
- Considerable variations in coverage rates are likely on highly porous, rough or friable surfaces
Health & Safety
- A copy of the appropriate Health & Safety Data Sheet should be consulted prior to using the product
- Minimum precautions for all paints:
- Avoid skin and eye contact i.e. wear gloves, goggles, etc
- Ensure good ventilation, mechanical if necessary
- Store and use away from heat and flame
- Do not eat or smoke in the vicinity of work
- Wash hands before eating
- Refer to supply container for additional warning labels
