In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

*Colours are sold in the nearest tin size but actual paint volume per tin may vary up to 10% depending on colour

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. Selemix 7-512 2K Polyurethane Extra Topcoat (HD UV) is a high gloss 2-pack Polyurethane finish for solid colours and single-layer metallic finishes. High Durability version due to the use of 9-080 PU Direct Hardener/Activator.

It is compatible with Selemix Epoxy and Polyurethane primers, giving a durable and hard wearing paint system.

Suitable for the coating of machinery, agricultural and construction equipment, and many other industrial painting applications where a durable finish is required.

Also available in Standard (which also available in Semi-Gloss and Semi-Matt options), Slow Curing and Accessible versions.

Application can be by conventional spray or air assisted airless spray.

Please note when 7-512 is used with 9-080 Hardener it is only available in High Gloss.

Surface Preparation

Apply only on a clean and dry surface with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

Painted Surfaces/Polyurethane or Polyester Fillers:

Machine sand with P320-400 discs and degrease

Selemix Epoxy Primers or PU Primers:

Refer to Primer TDS for recoat time
