Mineral based consolidating treatment that does not alter the permeability of the substrate to gases or water vapor. Consolidates substrates with poor adhesion (sandy, dusty, etc.) and reduces absorption of highly absorbent substrates.

Application
- Suitable for exposed mineral substrates such as rendering, plastering, concrete, calcareous sandstone, etc. Also for very absorbent substrates such as mud, clay, adobe, etc.
- The substrate must be dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product
- Any organic growth and/or other impurities should be removed by thorough cleaning using specific products for this purpose
- If the substrate is not well adhered, remove the non-adherent areas by scraping and brushing
- Dilute 3:1 with water and shake until homogenous
- Apply with roller, brush or airless spray 1 or 2 coats depending on substrate absorption or desired protection. Do not saturate substrate with the product
- Clean tools after use with warm water
- Dries in 24 hours at 25°C and 60% relative humidity
Limitations
- Do not apply under direct sunlight, on surfaces heated by the sun or in anticipation of rain
- Mineral substrates must be at least 28 days old, cured and dry
- The surfaces to be painted must be resistant to high alkalinity
- Do not apply to surfaces with stagnant water or in permanent contact with water
- It is recommended to protect the treated surface from rain and atmospheric humidity for 4 days
- Should there be any strict aesthetic requirements, it is recommended to carry out preliminary tests. Product may cause slight darkening of the finish
- Parts that are not going to be treated should be protected (glassware or carpentry)
- To maintain product efficacy do not mix with other brands
