Wethertex PP77 All Weather Pliolite Masonry Paint - Premium Coating Designed For Year-Round Application
Formulated with advanced Pliolite technology, this solvent-borne paint offers superior adhesion and durability, even in challenging weather conditions.
Application Instructions
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from algae, lichen, or other contaminants. Make good any cracks or structural defects and remove existing flaking paint or dirt. Apply two coats using a brush, roller, or spray. For very porous surfaces, thin the product with up to 10% clean White Spirit. Do not thin for standard applications.
- Stir the product thoroughly before use.
- Apply at temperatures between -5ºC and 25ºC.
- Avoid application if heavy rain or extreme conditions are expected.
Storage and Disposal
Store the paint in a dry place at temperatures above 5ºC. Ensure the lid is closed firmly and securely after use. Always store and transport in an upright position to avoid spillage. Dispose of waste material responsibly; do not pour into drains or watercourses.
Health and Safety
Use protective gloves and clothing when handling the product. In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. Ensure good ventilation during application and avoid inhaling vapours. Refer to the downloadable data sheet for more detailed health and safety information.

Recommended Uses

For areas prone to organic growth, use Wethertex C10 Fungicidal Wash as part of your preparation.

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: Assuming the boards are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet this product can be used. The existing coating is possibly flaking off because surface laitance may of been present at the time of application. The existing failing coating should be removed to a sound edge and feathered in prior to application. We would recommend the first coat is thinned 5 to 10% with white spirit. | |
