In general we sort colours for products into 2 main groups - ‘Ready Mixed’ and ‘Tinted’.
Tinted colours will always be more expensive than Ready Mixed colours as they need to be produced at the time of order using a tinting machine dispensing colourant into a base*.
During busy periods, this means that tinted colours could take longer, for example – a ready mixed colour ordered on a 3-5 day delivery might arrive within 3 days, however a tinted colour might take the full 5 days to arrive.

To find Ready Mixed colours, search "ready mixed" or select the Ready Mixed 'colour chart'. To see Tinted colours select a colour chart such as RAL, BS, NCS, etc. or search for a colour/hue to see available or related options.

To ensure fair pricing, we split colours into ‘Price Bands’ to group together similar priced colours. If you wish to search for the cheapest tinted colours, always select Price Band 1.

Colour reproduction of the Products on the Site is limited by the technology used to deliver web pages and by the colour representation of Customer’s own monitor and computer set-up. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our Products but we cannot guarantee that the colour shown on Customer’s monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery. We recommend that Customer first purchases the smallest Product available or access an industry standard colour chart in person (and not digitally) to ensure that the colour is acceptable for its purposes.

International Intergard 214 is a two component epoxy sealer coat pigmented with aluminium flake for the effective penetration and sealing of thermally sprayed aluminium coatings to eliminate porosity.

International Intergard 214 can be overcoated with a wide range of products, including:

International Intergard 214 is designed to seal porosity in aluminium metal spray. When applying by brush, work the sealer thoroughly into the surface of the aluminium metal spray.

When application is by spray rather than by brush, careful inspection will be needed to ensure thorough sealing of the aluminium metal spray. Any runs, sags or pooling on horizontal surfaces should be brushed out immediately.

Best results will be achieved at temperatures above 0°C (32°F). Surface temperature must always be a minimum of 3°C (5°F) above dew point. In common with all epoxies, Intergard 214 will chalk when exposed to weathering but this will not reduce efficiency in sealing metal spray.

Level of sheen and surface finish are dependent on application method. Avoid using a mixture of application methods whenever possible. Intergard 214 is not suitable for exposure to acid or alkaline environments.
