Questions
Question about the product
Scott on 2024-07-25 09:55:44 | Question:
Can this be used as a top coat on an existing flame retardant paint, to freshen it up? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
No, this product is intended for use with the approprotate specified Thermoguard Intumescent Basecoat, and has not been tested with 3rd party so we cannot confirm or deny it's compatibility.
Mark Johns on 2022-06-27 13:25:30 | Question:
Can you paint over this product? if so what type of paint would you recommend? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
This product is usually the topcoat to a fire protection system. If this is to be over painted we would recommend application of another coat of Thermoguard Smoke & Flame Retardant Dualcoat. This can be mixed to many RAL, NCS or BS colours.
Ian on 2019-04-08 14:52:52 | Question:
